Interior of the book is overall clean with a letter notation on the back endpaper in ink. Outer page fore edges show some minor foxing or dust soiling and some occasional pages, including a small group of pages towards the back of the book have minor 'dog ear' or irregular folds at outer corner edges or margins of pages. Book's binding is tight and well intact and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book totals 498 pages followed by 8 map pages which are in both black and white and color. In slipcase book measures approximately 10 x 7 x 3 1/4 inches and weighs about 5 3/4 pounds.
