I didn't locate any markings on the lathe itself except the numbers on the head and tail stock pieces as shown. Not polished or cleaned up, I simply dusted it off. The reversible motor starts promptly when plugged in. There is no speed variation control on the motor and no foot feed/control, it is currently set up to directly run.
