Description: A-025Josiah King worked at 373 Bowery in NYC during the years 1858-1887. This unhandled beechwood plow plane is an excellent, crisp, example that would make a fine user or collectable. The condition is just the way I found it, with tons of natural patina. The plane shows little use, the threads are in great shape, and comes with a great 1/4" Moulson Bros iron. After 40 years of collecting and using vintage tools, advancing age has forced me to downsize. You will see that I specialize in quality hand planes, and edge tools, but will also carry many other interesting and unique items.
