The overall condition is very nice. As indicated in the photographs, there something gray on both hands. It appears to be paint, but I'm not sure. A solvent may remove the stains. I did not try because I don't want to damage the soft rubber. Additionally, the original tie has some tatters or is moth eaten. The hat is nicer than typically found on most and is not faded. Also, this item has an earlier manufacturers tag than found on most. See photographs.
