Description: Vintage Krementz Brooch Earrings Jewelry Set Signed Pearl Silver Tone in Box This is a very classy brooch and earring set by Krementz. I do not think that it is original to this box because the tag in the box states that it is 14k gold overlay and the jewelry is clearly silver tone in color. It also states that cultured pearls were used. This may be the case but I am not an expert. The brooch or pin measures 1.25" across, has textured silver tone leaves, and pearls (imitation or not?) The earrings are screw-ons and measure .75" long x just shy of .5" at their widest point. All three pieces are stamped "Krementz." The jewelry box is in good condition. It isn't perfect as it is vintage and lightly used but I call it very good condition. I did not test the metal on this set as I was simply going by the tag in the box until I looked at it closer. I do know that they make platinum jewelry but I highly doubt that this is one of those pieces. I am unsure if they used white gold. I am going to say that it likely isn't silver but is a base metal instead but I could be very wrong.
