There a factory flaw, a dark line spot inside the ornament and goes down one side looks like it starts underneath the cap and goes downward, may have come from the factory this way. This does not take away from the beauty and gives this vintage ornament a nice patina(see the last 3 pictures). THIS WOULD BE A NICE RARE KUGEL TO ADD TO YOUR VINTAGE CHRISTMAS COLLECTION .
