Description: I purchased this from a retired Ky State Police Trooper who told me he was member of DEA Strike Force 1980 who laid out in marijuana patches in Eastern Ky to arrest people who came into patch to care for crop. He said DEA required them to wear department uniform. He told me alot of the troopers would dye the glow in the dark patches green and sew them back on uniform. This is an official vintage patch that was dyed (altered) green and reapplied to uniform in late 1970’s early 1980’s. Look at photo good before purchasing, this is what you get = a used/altered patch. I purchased several of these in 2005, some show more wear than others. I am selling one at a time and each one sold will have photo of the ONE you get. Thanks
