Hjorth pottery studio in Ronne, Bornhold (island in Baltic Sea), Denmark sometime during the mid-century. Possibly 1940s, 1950s or 1960s.Part of the bear collection designed by Gertrude Kudielka (1896-1984). Very rare pattern of bear holding a bowl. Unique mottled brown glaze. Brown mottled with darker brown and green (see photos).Excellent condition. No chips, cracks, repairs, or crazing.Measures about 2 1/2" tall, 2 1/2" wide, and 3 1/2" long.
