The oversized shoulder pads add style and elegance. Very retro 80s 90s. This polyester blouse is machine washable. It is in excellent condition with no defects that I can detect other than some damage to the care tag so that the size is not available. The top looks quite large on this mannequin. Personally, I love the look. But it would also look great on anyone up to approximately modern size large.
