Description: You are bidding on a stunning watercolor and ink painting of Cote de la Fabrique in Quebec, Canada. Found at an estate, this painting features a horse and buggy in the foreground of a Quebec cityscape. It is signed Lemiuex in the bottom right and as you may be aware, there are a number of well known artists in Canada with the last name Lemieux (e.g. Jean Paul) but I'm unsure who painted this particular painting. Regardless, it is a stunning work of art and would look great in any home. There is no additional information that I can provide other than what you see in the photos. A terrific item. The framed watercolor measures 11 1/2" x 19" while the image size is 7 3/8" x 13". It is in very good condition. I use the US Postal Service and use priority mail to ensure quick delivery although size/weight can often be a deterrent due to a balloon fee on boxes over a certain size. Shipping costs are based on weight and distance from my home in Fairhaven, MA. In simplest terms, I ship priority mail unless it is a book (then I ship using media mail) or if the item is bigger than a breadbox or heavier than 5 lbs (unless I can fit it in a flat rate box). I'm also open to local pick-up at my home in Fairhaven. I've been selling on Ebay since 1998 but this is not a full time job.
