Description: This is a Beautiful Scalloped Edge Oval Dresser Tray with beautiful hand painted gold filigree surrounding a Courting Couple scene, made in France for Higgins & Seiter New York circa 1900 - 1914. The tray is 3/4" deep and 17" by 13" across. It is in very good pre-owned condition, it does have one small chip on rim that has been touched up with gold paint otherwise no other chips, cracks or damage. Marked on back as seen in pictures. My pictures are a big part of my description, so be sure to look at them carefully and ask any question that you might have before bidding. Thanks for looking.
