I have a 40 hr week job, other business and am a firefighter/emt, so I have other things that need to get done also. I only ship items out once a week, sometimes more often depending on other workloads. If something is wrong with the item you purchase and you would like to return it let me know so we can come up with a solution. Some listings may have errors on them, but I try hard not to have any errors at all. I copy other similar listings for the item I am listing. Sometimes this results in a draft that is misrepresented, or I miss changing something in the listing. Please ask questions if the photos and descriptions do not match up. Also, I use the cheapest shipping method most the time. If it is a larger item, I will compare all the services and may use FedEx or UPS. If one of these wouldn't work for some reason let me know and I may be able to come up with a solution. I will also combine shipping if it is possible on multiple purchases as long as you do not pay for an item first.
