The battery is placed in the side of the building and by pressing a small button in the middle of the battery cover, a wistful, shrieky whistle emerges from its bowels. Litho is bright and vibrant, sharp colors. Has Age Appropriate wear. Some Scratches, and paint flaking. Door for battery is bent slightly. Top edge of building has another slight dent.
