(Save the damaged item, box and all packing materials.) Provide me with a description of the damage and photos. I will file a claim submitting the above from #1. The Shipper may require seeing the item. If so, it must be repackaged using the original box and packaging materials. Arrangements will be made for the Shipper to receive the item. Once the Shipper examines the item and renders their decision, closure will occur. Please note, I do not know how long it will take the Shipper to make their decision on this claim.
