Description: Vintage Mid-Century Italian Sterling Silver & Rhinestone Heart Designer Ring This stunning ring was hand made around the 1970s by an unidentified designer in Italy and features a beautiful heart shaped clear Rhinestone set in a gilt heart shaped Sterling Silver frame mounted in an expandable wristwatch style band with stainless steel elements. This unusual and stylish vintage piece measures 5/16" wide and weighs 6.3 grams. It is a size 8 (expandable) and is in great condition with minor patina according to age which can be polished away easily if desired. Stamped "925" for sterling silver and carrying an unidentified Italian designer mark. Very unusual and impressive piece! It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase.
