Authentic Thai temple rubbings were produced during the 1960s by local artists rubbing the temple marble reliefs in charcoal or colored chalk/ ink on rice paper or mulberry paper. The art of rubbing was banned by the government to preserve the marble reliefs in the temple in the early 1970's. 24" x 36" shipped in tube tea lights used for weight are not included
