Description: This was made for me when I was a kiddo in the 1950s, so it's about 70 years old! Probably a sample because my mother sold jewelry back then and other accessories. Don't ever remember wearing it because I never went by "Patty." I think on the inside there once was some foam to help secure the hair in place. 2 5/8 inches long by 1/2 inch wide. Letters all clean and sharp! Metal in front in great condition. Very retro! Thanks for looking!
