Description: These are Vintage Morris Fits-all Temple covers, made in the USA by J.I. Morris Co. in Southbridge, MA. They are used for older style cable temples on eyeglasses. These are pearl colored and are the REGULAR size with an inner diameter of .063". These are new, old stock, in original sleeve packaging. The directions on the back of the box reads (see in pics):"Insert the temple tip and work on the cover with a slight rotating motion for the first quarter inch, when it will slide easily into place. Temples that are bent at the tip should be straightened before the cover is applied. The new tapered tip construction of Fits-All Covers automatically adjusts to the exact size of the temple, insuring a snug fit every time." Consultation with an optician is advised to determine the appropriate size temple cover needed. Some very slight warming of the cover may improve the pliability and ease of insertion.
