Description: This mid-century modern figurine bird measures 6 inches in length, 9.75 inches in height, the base is 4" wide, and it weighs 3 pounds. It is a limited edition piece that was produced using traditional art glass techniques in Italy during the 1950's. It has the original Murano sticker and the Formia sticker is there also but peeling and missing a small piece. The figurine is in good used condition with no chips or cracks. There is a very small divot on the right wing which is not a chip but I believe done while the piece was created. Like all handmade glass ware you can find straw marks, air bubbles, and wavy lines in the glass. Please pay close attention to pictures as they are part of my description.
