Description: You are purchasing a piece of TV history. This rare RCA Silverama TV Tube Tote Bag is fresh out of the estate of a former TV/Radio sales/repair shop in northeastern PA. It has been clean, dry, dust-free and kept in a cool location all of its life. The silver paint and red printing are all pristine. The fabric is flexible. The foam inside is in fabulous shape. The original handles are clean and undamaged. The stitching is all intact. It's as good as one could ever hope for, especially for this rare item. It dates back to approximately 1956. Based on the printed promotional material for this tote bag I have posted, this bag would have held a picture tube between 16" and 19" long. (I have posted a screen capture of this promotional material. It is NOT included in this sale.) My images show the tote bag filled with packing peanuts so that it could be shown to best advantage. Shipping will be in a large box so the piece does not have to be folded. NO shipping outside of the USA.
