Made in England for PV, it features a train traveling along the countryside. It has no chips or cracks. It is stamped on the back, "Railway, Made in England for P.V."Measures: approx. 12" x 6" It is hand painted so it is not perfect. There is some paint on the back and along the edge. Also under one handle there is a manufacturing flaw; it is not rough and has been fired with glaze so it is smooth. Please see photos for more details.
