Description: I picked this up at an estate sale of someone who collected old Plomb tools. This one was produced sometime during WWII as indicated by its "War Finish" stamp. It has a date code of EC. It's fun to hold in your hand and imagine what a life it's led. The ratcheting mechanism works well though the selector is a bit looser than I'd like.
