Description: Offered is the General Industries Motor Model B-5, No. 37825. The motor is a 115VAC 60 Cycle type, removed from a big old Tape Player/Recorder. The factory paper tag remains in place, but the RPM and Amperage ratings do not appear where they are supposed to be stamped-visible in photos. Variac-tested, the motor works, and spins freely. The original wiring, switch and 4-Pin plug remain attached. The motor is mounted to a mounting bracket with (2) big rubber grommets at the shaft locations. Printed numbers are as follows: 26377-3 and 190-6237-which is the General Industries source code followed by date code for 1962, 37th week. Suitable for use with electric fans too.
