Description: This is a vintage set of Revere Ware Copper bottom set likely from 1977. I say likely from 1977, because on the original information and warranty brochure (included with the set; see photo), the information was revised in ‘1-77’, which I take as January 1977. I say the set is ‘new and used’ because while the single handled ‘pots’ were used to boil eggs and warm up soups, the large two handled pot and the large sauce/frying pan were never used; the large lid, which fits both the large pot and sauce pans, was never used either. The other four pieces were used (the small and medium pots and the small and medium lids). The set comes with the original box; however, the tape fell off while I was preparing the set for sale so the original box is held together by twine as I did not want to apply new tape which might further ‘damage’ such an old box. Of course, you are buying the set as is! Please inspect the photos closely: these have been around for at least 47 years so there are spots on the dishware including a rectangular staining in the large saucepan even though it was never used.
