Description: Vintage ROLATAPE Model 200 Scissor Folding Handle w/ Leather Case. Walking Measuring Wheel. Measuring Wheel is in good condition with some minor scratches from use. The rubber tires are good, the measuring device clicks off every two feet and the bell rings at 100 feet, just like it is suppose to !! The case is in decent shape and shows some wear. The back of the case is actually a type of hard cardboard and shows some water staining (see pictures). ( I have no idea why the company used the cardboard for the back side of the case ! ) This would make a great display piece and would be a great gift to any person in the engineering or surveying business.
