Description: This Vintage Rolatape Model 200 measuring device is part of a family estate. My father used this in Real Estate to measure housing lots. It did not have much use as he depended on official surveys to establish lot lines. It still has a little grass on it from when I measured a city lot to estimate where an old city lot layout ended. The instructions tell how this works as it clicks every 2 feet and has a bell every 100 ft, so one can keep rolling and keep track of the audio sounds as well as the actual reading window. It measures 35 inches from the top of the handle to the bottom of the wheel when the handle is fully extended and locked. The Wheel itself is 7 3/4 inches in diameter. This item is still very usable.
