Base is 5" in diameter.1 of the chimneys has a little red paint remaining around top edge.Wicks are present and adjust easily. No chips, cracks or repairs to the red glass fonts. The gold/brass colored metal parts need to be cleaned/polished. Bases have somerust/discoloration visible in photos. I did not clean or polish.
