Description: Sam McDowell was a scrimshander that lived in Carmel California , the first knife he did for me was in 1985 , I handed it to him at his studio in Carmel and I collected his work for years. This is one of his collector knives made for him in Japan to do his work on. It is in near mint condition with some minor scratches on blades.
