Description: Here's a seriously obscure part for you vintage Schumacher collectors and racers. The R&R hobbys/distributing machined diff set for the Schumacher cat (released 1986) and Schumacher cat xls (originally released 1988). R&R hobbys was based out of Qunicy Illinois and was owned by Roy Weast (who was ROAR president for a brief period). Jim Dieter of Trinity fame worked for Roy and got his racing start there. It's likely this piece was designed by Jim back in 1987-1990 When Jim was racing dirt oval for Revtech, somewhere in that period. R&R was bought out by Stormer Hobbies in 1994. The main 3 belt pulley is machined as are the two diff hubs. Includes the diff rings, diff balls and diff bearing as shown. This part was seriously trick for the time period. Fun information, the Schumacher cat was driven by Masami Hirosaka to win the 1987 worlds. His upgrades, and that worlds knowledge, were used to make the Schumacher Cat XLS which was released in 1988. This part is new in the bag, ready to go. comes as shown in the photos. Beautiful piece of work.
