Description: Vintage Shakespeare 2410 spinning reel. Everything works but it needs a really good cleaning. It must be about 45 to almost 59 years old. My father bought me this somewhere between when I was 17 to 21 years old. (67 now!). I just couldn’t part with it all these years, but am moving and haven’t fished for years. I used it a lot for the lower Hudson River and also out in Montauk LI, off the jetties for baby blues. Hope someone can use it and bring it back to life. (That “pink” is one of my hair ties - I always used them to hold the one in place when I wasn’t using my reels).
