It is orange in color. The top has short sleeves with a slight scoop neckline that closes with a tie. The sleeves are set into the neckline. The length of the sleeves from the shoulder is 9 1/2 inches. The sleeves have an opening of 18 1/2 inches and they are the flutter style. The length of the top is 21 1/2 inches. It has a bust of 40 inches. The waist is elasticized and is approximately 25 inches unstretched and comfortably stretches to 28 inches. The bottom of the top has a peplum measures 37 inches gathered.
