Overall paper quality is good; clean, smooth/glossy, with good preservation of B&W photographs/images and bold black typeset; little wear. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, perforations, stains, residue or repairs. The brochure measures approx 6.25" x 3.25".
