Description: This is an incredibly well made brooch and it is heavily plated with rhodium. It is very smooth and shiny. The stones are a very high quality, the settings are tight and exact. I would swear this is a Boucher piece but the imprinted #13 leads me to think it may be Eisenberg. There is clearly a mark near the imprinted number but I cannot make it out. This brooch is in EUC.
