Handle moves freely and is secure. The entire box is in good to very good preowned vintage condition. It is clean, no rust or metal breakdown. There is one small dent on a corner which is shown in pictures and various, but few scratches. Measures 19 inches long, 6 inches wide and 3.5 inches tall.
