It was made at the Soviet military factory located in Kiev, USSR. Russian size 53 -Extra small (20.9'' or 6-5/8 US size). Issued in the late 1980s according to the Ministry of Defense of USSR manual Rules and Regulation of wearing Military Uniform (page 124, picture 53). Great for real collectors.
