Vintage Springtime Country Road Landscape Oil/Board Old -Signed "Kent"

Description: Vintage Oil on board of a Springtime landscape with bridge, flowering cherry tree and field. Painted I believe in the mid 1960s possibly 70s based on board type-Painting is not framed and outside board measures approx. 9 X 12 inches. The artist looks to have signed this in the lower left corner "Kent" What's wrong with it? Painting is in pretty good condition some minor paint loose, crackling, scratches, staining, dings, dents, chips and could use a good cleaning as well. there is minor water damage on the back but does not seem to effect the painted view See pictures.
