This looks like Magnolia blossoms skillfully sculpted and hand painted. It's signed on the back. This bouquet would make a nice addition to your collection or an accent piece in a cottage core or farmhouse setting. There are two chips on 2 leaves. I didn't notice them until I looked closely. There might be slight wear on the rest of the piece but I'm not seeing it. Please see pictures for condition detail.
