I do not believe the tail has been cut. The tail is only supposed to go halfway down like a normal horse, not to the ground like, for instance, the PRINCESS OF POWER horses that have tails that are very long. * HOWEVER, the removable wings are broken. They are primarily made out of fabric with a plastic frame. The plastic frames have snapped near where they attach to the horse's sides.
