Description: This is a vintage sterling silver patch box with an enamel lid. The lid has a hand painted picture of a beautiful blue butterfly hovering over a field of colorful flowers. This patch box is in great vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or scratches on the silver body or enamel lid. There is some tarnish present that will not be removed prior to purchase, the item is sold as is. The patch box is by Clive Norman Bullivent and is circa 1980s. The bottom of this box is stamped with the sterling silver lion, the Londan Assay Office mark, and the date stamp that I am unable to make out fully.
