Description: Vintage terra cotta clay Chinese teapot with butterflies. Teapot is marked on bottom and has the number 2000 inside of the lid. As seen in the pictures, it is textured in places with clay holes and ormolu. There are some firing holes as seen in pictures and happened when firing teapot. Gives it it's character. Does have 2 small chips on inside lip, of the lid as seen in the last two pictures but not visible when lid placed on teapot. Great home decor or collectible. Measures approximately 5 1/2 inches tall, 6 1/2 inches wide at spout and handle, 1 7/8 inch opening at top and 2 1/4 inch diameter at base. Please view all pictures thoroughly.
