Book has some issues with condition. With the cover pages being bent and creased and the binder looks to have been taped. Please look closely at the photos for more on condition. Book is Paper back and measures 11 1/2 square. PLEASE READ so we’re on the same page of expectations. I do my best to describe any defects, flaws or damage that I see.
