Description: Vintage THE CREATIVE INTENTION By Earl Hubbard - Hardcover Original Art Dust Cover With Letter From The Author Earl Hubbard and my father were personal friends. As the years went by they stayed in touch. Both were active in the space exploration in the 1960' & 70's. Earl Hubbard was also an author. We have a copy of his "The Creative Intention" and a note from Mr. Hubbard to my father. Wonderful provenance. Also, we own an early piece of Mr. Hubbard's art dated March 16, 1946 that he did while he and my father were at Amherst College together. Earl Hubbard, author of "The Search Is On" (1969), is called America's first space philosopher. He is an artist who has had a number of one man shows at the Frank Rehn Gallery of New York. In 1965 The Gallery of Modern Art gave Mr. Hubbard the distinction of being the only living American artist to have a one-man show in that museum. He has lectured to diverse audiences across the country In 1971 South Carolina Educational Television made a documentary on his philosophy "Earth: Point of Departure."
