This is a model M1V 120 ( THE FLOATER ) Mustang Floater Inflatable Sports Vest Great made in the U.S.A. not CHINA ! It is light not heavy , vented for hot days and its all bulky , with several pockets for the Sportsman . Like a Parachute , you pull the red tab as shown in pictures above and it automatically fills up with air in seconds ( approx. 3 - 4 ) and just Like a parachute it also has a secondary system , a manual blow up tube if it should fail , fills quickly with a few puffs and the same tube will un-flate it just as quick - really neat technology .
