Luthor tells Blinky that the test was a success. He tells him that the Kryptonic waves from his new transmitter made Superman weak. Luthor tells Blinky he's going to use the Kryptonic waves to destroy Superman tomorrow. The next day, After being hit with the Kryptonic waves, and after saving Perry White from a Steam Roller, he flies off, still weakened by the waves. He then locates Jimmy at Pier 41, and saves Jimmy from being smashed. Superman, getting weaker, realizes that he was under some sort of spell, because he didn't know how he got their either. Blinky is watching through a telescope, seeing that Superman has a headache, and he's weakening fast. These are original Production Scene Hand Painted Cels and Original Production Drawings.
