Description: Vintage The Original Blinky Lite 'It Blinks' SKULL Handheld light - UNTESTED. Batteries NOT included and this has not been tested. It's been displayed the last 10+ Halloweens'. All plastic. Design: SKULL!! Black and White in color. Skull does have discoloration on the LEFT jaw side(show in pictures). Not horrible but definitely there. The skull head twist onto the light base. The twist/tightening the 2 pieces is twisting plastic onto plastic. This is lightweight. Inside the handle are the pieces to light up this light. Metal pieces with light bulb that you then stick (2) 'D' cell batteries into. GE 406 Blinking Bulb. ABOUT 9.5" TALL.
