Description: Vintage - The Yale Shakespeare Set~ lot of 37 Books 1919-1965 Very Good All copies are in good- very good for age. They have blue cloth covers and have very clean pages and expected age related mild coloration. The spines/ covers have faded somewhat on the cloth, but most are pretty clean with only minor staining here and there. The bindings are intact and pretty strong with many books appearing unread. The edging of the pages on top and a few of the sides on some books has staining as well. Please see all pictures for best description and ask for more as needed. The oldest is dated 1919, but there are many first editions/printing of this set and different printings dates as well. The majority are from the 1960’s. Please see list below for volumes that are included and feel free to ask questions as needed. I have photographed a representation of this awesome set, but could not photograph each book individually because of the large number. It appears that Julius Caesar, The Merchant of Venice and King Richard the 3rd are the only titles missing from this 40 piece set.
