Description: This is a working and sturdy spinning Top with the WOODEN ACTUATOR (winding tool). Although it is unbranded, It does have “MADE IN USA” written around the lower yellow ring. It is a very sturdily built toy that still works today. You apply the wooden actuator, wind the top a couple of clicks, then push the top out of the actuator and it goes spinning away. Although this toy is used, it still retains 90% plus of the original paint. There are a couple scratches and minor dings on this as would be expected from a 90 plus year old toy. This would be a nice addition to your tin toy, Made in USA collection.
