Description: Vintage Topstone Skull Skin With Hair Lock, No. 5024, still factory sealed in original packaging. This is the second one I am listing. I have several of these on hand. This looks like a mohawk style disguise. This one is better than the others I have listed. It doesn't look to be breaking apart from aging. This is probably 1960's or 1970's era I'm guessing. There is no year on the card to indicate year of manufacturing. Condition is great for its age. The card shows minor wear and has a few light creases by the peg hook hole at the top.
