Description: Two collectible TRIMONT pipe wrenches for one price! Both made in Roxbury, Massachusetts. First we have a 14" TRIMO in nice condition. Patent date stamped 6/20/16; this patent was for the collars along the thumb wheel. The static jaws have some wear along the edges - the moveable jaw is very nice. The knurling on the thumb collar is in great condition & the collar guides are both present. A 1923 patent added guides to help align the 'ears' - which this wrench does not have making it an antique. There are prior owner initials on each side of the handle. Nice wrench ready for lots more work! Second we have a later TRIMONT made wrench in 8" size. This 'ROXCO' branded wrench was first offered in the late 1940's through the mid 1950's or so ( by 1955 TRIMONT was now owned by the St. Pierre Chain Corporation of Worcester.) Photos I've found show that this wrench was originally gray with red on the lower handle area. Traces of the paint are still present. The same photo shows a different designed thumb wheel; I'm thinking this particular wrench is early production. Both jaws on this wrench are in nice condition. There are no owners marks.
