Description: This dual-concentric pot shows nominal readings at 50k/50k/10k ohms; used most commonly as control for boost/cut and range adjustment on either channel of the model 546 equalizer. It may appear in other Universal Audio/UREI equipment too. You're generally out of luck if you have broken shafts, as I do not believe replacements are available anywhere. Companies won't produce individual or low-quantity runs of specialized parts like this (or if they do, you are charged $200+ per item).
